From the good folks who have brought us so many easy to make Cajun style dishes comes this delicious Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread Mix. And it's so good, your tongue just might sneak out of your mouth and slap your forehead silly waiting on the next bite of goodness!

Just enough heat from the jalapenos for you to know it's there, yet even the kiddies will ask for seconds!

Easy to make, simply add 1-cup grated cheddar cheese, 3/4-cup milk, 6-tablespoons melted butter, and an egg.Stir it all together, pour it into an 8"x8" baking pan (I used a #10 cast iron skillet, cause that's just who I am),  and you will have some of the yummiest cornbread to ever breeze through your kitchen. And yes, it will breeze through, because it will be eaten so fast that only the aroma is left behind!

You can also personalize this cornbread mix if you like. You can add andouille sausage, fried and crumbled bacon, and my favorite, I cut the milk back to 1/2-cup and added a can of creamed corn. Ooh-wee! That's some kind of goodness! Yes sirree!

And the blade cage is close enough in build that little fingers can't get into the cage. Safety first!
