It appears that after having been a member of the Amazon Vine program, Vine Voice, for many years, that I have received the old Boot in the Butt  award.

With no warning, I am suddenly unable to access my old account. Repeated attempts to gain access, and even emails to the program, have left me with no answers.

And so, it is with regret, that I must inform you, my reviews will once again, after nearly ten (gasp!) years, I will be independent reviews!

And that's a Good  thing in reality. I have such a hectic life. I really don't have much time for reviewing any more, so look for those reviews to come slowly. But come they will! Also, I will be under no time constraints in placing reviews. And I will be able to speak my mind without the "guidelines" of some program determining what I can, and cannot say.

All that aside, I enjoyed my many years with Amazon Vine. They provided me with much "fodder" for free to review. And brought me much entertainment.

But, as with all good things, the season must end. And so it is with this.

So, I thank you all for your patience as I start another review journey. This time independently! And I look forward to telling you what I really think of some of the many products I will be reviewing!

I  love this light string! They are absolutely gorgeous! I've hung them in my living room in a reading nook, just for ambience.

I adore how cute this sparkly bird feeder is! And the birds come flocking to feed from it. Can't wait for winter to see how many I can catch on film!  

The feeder holds an amazing 2-pounds of bird seed, which means fewer trips to fill it up! Great perches for the birds to rest upon while eating from the self-filling feeding troughs.

While the web site states it is squirrel proof due to the Sur-Lok cap, I have already seen squirrels hanging upside down from the cap, and simply sliding down to the perches and getting the feed, so you can betcha that this is NOT squirrel proof! But, hey, the little squirrels want their share, too! So, plan on sharing! 

The powder coating gives the feeder a sparkly finish which I am sure will attract the birds come winter! And it is aesthetically pleasing for your porch or garden.

Dingo Delights Chicken 9 Pack 

These treats must smell fantastic to the dogs, because they all came running for them! However, I can say that's about all they must be. 

Every dog I offered them to, couldn't wait to latch onto them. And every single one, bit into them, or tried to, and spit them out. Out of 9 dogs in our neighborhood, not a single one ate the treat. Every single one crunched down on them, and then spit them out.

My little Chihuahua couldn't even bite into it. It was so hard she simply carried it around in her mouth before abandoning it altogether.

Unfortunately, I can only give this 2 stars (obviously they must smell good since all of the dogs rushed to grab one)

but I have to give it a big thumbs down.

I am a pajama kind of girl. I love the fact that after a long, hard day at work, I can come home and slip into my pajamas, and I'm still decently covered should someone drop by unannounced! And these pajamas fit the bill perfectly!

 

Soft cotton (think t-shirt cotton, yes, deliciously soft) allows for freedom of movement and relaxation. I sleep so well in these pajamas! Okay, folks. I'm back with yet another DII table wear item. (You know how I love DII!)

Today we have this lovely, 15 x 74 100% jute table runner. It looks absolutely gorgeous with the DII black and white buffalo plaid tablecloth by the way! Or with the DII 100% cotton black tablecloth. 

It gives your table a rustic, homey look. It's both appealing to the eye and to the senses with it's jute rough touch.

I love the size. My table is 54 x 54 with the leaves left out, and this is perfect for the smaller table. It gives me just enough overhang on the two ends to look really nice. 

I think it's great for everyday use. Or even for an outdoor, intimate get together for a barbecue. 

I haven't tried to launder it yet, so I'm not real sure how well the jute will hold up. I think I would try to handwash and press it dry with towels rather than machine washing, or wringing the water out when handwashing. (If you don't know how to use a towel to press water from hand laundered items, here's a video that will show you how to do this.)

I've used this method for years, and you would be surprised how much water you can press from just about anything hand laundered!

Make no mistake about it, for the price, this is a very nice shirt. V-E-R-Y nice. However, when the description says it's a Slim-Fit, it is a true slim-fit shirt! Hubby normally wears this size, but he does have a small pot-belly. The shirt will not reach nicely around his belly. Looks great otherwise.

It is 100% cotton, which as a vegan, you know that I love. It's environmentally friendly. And as a housewife, it's cool and comfortable. Easy to care for. You can wash and dry as usual, and simply hang it right away after the drying has completed, or just give a slight touch of the iron to make sure you have no small wrinkles.

Great for casual wear, but nice enough for the office with a good tie and jacket. Looks great tucked in, or worn loose.

Here we go again! Another great DII item! A decorative metallic seagrass that's woven into a great storage bin!

And I love the size! 11" x 11" x 11". Fits on a bookcase shelf perfectly! Which means lots of storage in my office! (I have been collecting bins, and they have REALLY changed my storage problems!) And this is one that has really helped. This particular bin holds all of my boxes of various sizes of envelopes. Once on the shelf, the various boxes are hidden from view. Yet the cut-away handles makes for easy retrieval when needed!

Okay guys! Here we go again! Another DII favorite! If you've been reading this blog, then you know how much I adore the DII products over on Amazon.com First they are usually made from natural materials, like cotton. And second, they are made well. Meaning, they're going to h[e to washings, and normal wear and tear. A big help in a household with kids. Or pets, in my case! (Or a husband! LOL)

I love the length of this runner. 72" is perfect for that 52 x 52 table. Giving you just enough hang over the edges to dress up the table, and not so much that you have to hang the extra toward the back of the table that's next to the wall! (Yeah, you know what I mean!) We downsized, so this smaller runner is perfect for the two of us, but works well when a few guests are over as well.

And it looks great with the DII black tablecloth and placemats, and the matching buffalo plaid napkins! Great coordinated looks with all of the DII products!
